NW Tub & Shower did a fantastic job on my daughters home makeover! The home was in dire need of an update. Plus, she was on a tight timeline. Carlos remodeled her bathroom, replaced her entire floor with beautiful LVP and updated various fixtures throughout the house. He also handled a last minute repair for her. I needed to replace a shower surround - just the shower surround - so I reached out to multiple bath remodeling companies. The first couple of estimates from other companies came from salesmen with laptops and stacks of papers, insisting that they'd need to replace the entire tub down to the pipes - the old hardware would be tossed. Wonderful customer service. They went out of their way to help me with some product decisions. Very friendly and knowledgable.
No complaints! Carlos & his team did meticulous work and offered great ideas to complete our bath remodel. They're skilled and very easy-going. It was a surprise to discover they're willing & able to do more than strictly bathrooms! We're ecstatic about the improvements and hope to work with them again.
