These folks were very good to work with - they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it - which is extremely important to me. They refinished our tub/shower enclosure that was 24 years old and suffering from rust around the overflow. The tub now looks brand new and was nearly $8,000 less expensive than ripping out the old one and installing a new one. Very happy with the results! I love my new bathroom that NW Tub & Shower did . Gloria worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted. Carlos & Eric were great to work with in getting just what I wanted . They went above and beyond to get the job done to my satisfaction. There were a couple unrelated issues in the remodel and Carlos & Eric got it fixed right away . Gloria, Jet & installation team: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for fitting us in, for installing the shower surround, for fixing the plumbing we didn't know was leaking, and for taking away so much anxiety & depression because other people didn't show up, ghosted us & stole from us in this house project. We recently bought a home that had an ADA shower. We wanted to get the ball rolling before we moved in and Gloria was amazing is setting up the initial consult as soon as we closed on the house so we could try and get it completed before our baby was due!
