I wanted that nasty carpet out of my bedrooms, needed an upgrade on the staircase, and my entry way - I was directed by my installer to NW Surfaces and at first I thought - golly - involving yet another person in this project - but I WAS SO HAPPY that it happened - I went to the showroom and was "overwhelmed" so many products to choose from - BUT - I am not a shopper and Vadim helped me narrow it down in not a very long time and my project worked out amazingly well. RecommendedI told Vadim my budget and he steered me towards product within my budget! I had gone to several places before this one and they kept leading me to fall in love with a style only to tell me it's actually at least double my budget! I felt like Vadim was very honest and up front and super helpful! And I love my new floor!
Called Vadim to ask about flooring and he answered all of our questions. He did not mind multiple calls. We drove 202 miles (one way) to pick up our floor and he gladly loaded it for us. He has a nice showroom and many floors to choose from. It was a great floor buying experience!
Vadim was super helpful, he even stayed late because I got stuck at work. The flooring was a great deal as well and saved us tons on our remodel! It was a bit of a drive for me but I would recommend these guys to any of my friends.
I looked all over and when I settled on the color and flooring brand I wanted NW Surfaces had what I was looking for 40 cents cheaper then any other place I found. Vadim was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted for the best price. Highly recommend

Just got the floors installed in our mother in law unit and it looks amazing � thank you to Vadim and Nataly for giving us an awesome deal on the white oak. We would have never been able to find that deal elsewhere ;) we will definitely be coming back to you again.
