Lourdes is amazing. She listens to concerns and sends the right team out to clean. We have a 2400 sq ft 3-level home. Due to medical issues there is no way we could do this ourselves, so we hired NWSC. The cleaners are fast, thorough, and consistent with the work they do. They accommodate our busy schedule and the pricing is perfect for our budget. Lourdes' team comes professionally trained, as well as bonded and insured, so we never have to worry about coverage should an accident occur on our property. Highly recommend! :)

My neighbors water heater broke and some water leaked in my home (live In a town house). I had an appointment with them the next day and they text me to confirm. I told them it was up to them if they wanted to come since my carpets were drying from being shampooed and they text me saying they couldn’t work in those conditions. I then asked if they wanted me to to get a hold of them when everything was dried and fixed. They never replied. I wholeheartedly recommend Northwest Spotless Cleaning. They have had a key to every home I've lived in for 10+ years. Sisters Liliana and Lourdes work together to run a reliable, fantastic and thorough cleaning service. Great communication skills, strong work ethics and always friendly. They have a second business that does fabulous carpet cleaning as well.
