I’m a 68 yo woman who had a lumbar bulging disc that was pushing on my sciatic nerve. After the initial pain was somewhat gone I found NW Sports. I was nervous at first as I was afraid of the pain returning. Matt and Alexa were amazing. I’ve been to two other PT places in my life and NW Sports is the absolute best. NW pt is a clean well run organization with wonderful and knowledgeable professionals. My wife and I have returned after several surgeries all leading to success.
I’ve received great care here in the past, which is why this experience was disappointing. On Wednesday around 10 AM, I got a voicemail asking if I could move my appointment up to 11 AM or 4 PM. I couldn’t make either, so I planned to come at my originally scheduled time of 5:20 PM. When I arrived, the office was completely closed. I waited for 10 minutes, but no one showed up - and I was never notified of a cancellation. Their hours say they’re open until 6 PM, so I had no reason to expect anything different. This is definitely a great place. I’ve done physical therapy here twice for my shoulder and ankle. The staff, including the receptionist, are very friendly, helpful, and supportive. They definitely care about your well being and your health regarding your physical condition. I recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy for whatever reason. Thank you to everyone that helped me with my physical therapy. Great team of physical therapists 🙂
I have worked with Alexa and her team for two separate injuries. I was cared for and encouraged at each visit. I was challenged and supported thru my treatment and my healing progressed wonderfully. They worked with my schedule; and with me to help me recover. I was always greeted with a warm welcome smile. The staff was personable, genuine and I always felt comfortable even though I often felt insecure about my health and ability. Thank you all for helping me thru my injuries and I highly recommend this facility!!! Derek M
