I needed to replace the 1 1/4" waterline from the meter to the building and not inconvenience the tenants for too long. The waterline was PVC and had failed on me twice. Spencer came into my office for business reasons and while he was there I took the opportunity to share with him a problem I was having with my private septic system. Spencer dropped everything he was doing to travel 5 miles out of town to assess my situation. While it was not completely what they specialize in, he replaced my pump and got my system functional before I even got home from work! AND the charges were very fair and reasonable. We’ve called on NW Sewer and Drain since 2014, and have always been impressed with the team and their work. They do a great job of explaining what they plan to do, and keep you informed along the way. We have periodically had tree root issues, so their hydrojet service is especially appreciated. I would definitely recommend NW Sewer and Drain if you have similar issues or need an expert team to evaluate any sewer or drain issues you might be experiencing.
NW Sewer & Drain explains what is needed and shows you a before and after video of their work . They are reliable and honest. When the previous company scammed me, they supported me all the way through my small claims court process until I got my money back. I can't recommend them highly enough!
