We had NW Roofing replace our asphalt roof, soffits fascia, and eavestroughs. From Jerrod's initial visit to give us a quote, through the project completion, and a final check-up, the process was professional, timely,and comfortable for us. All of our daily concerns and questions were addressed, the end of day clean-up was stellar, and the employees treated our home, property , and our neighbourhood, with respect. We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with NW Roofing since 2019. They (Tyler Murphy and crew) completed an excellent installation of a Diamond Steel roof to our 19th century Ontario Cottage. We’ve had owner Jerred Wagner back to quote on and complete numerous jobs. Jerred continues to show up ready solve any issue that comes up. Great job on the roof! But if you're looking for a small job or repair done DO NOT use them. Needed a couple of pieces of fascia put up should have been maybe a two hour job turned into over 4 and double the amount.
