We recently had our kitchen, dining room, and living room remodeled by Philippe Agnesse at NW Residential, and the results are nothing short of exceptional. NW Residential and its owner, Philippe Agnesse, just completed a kitchen remodel for me. A few things stand out about the experience: first, Philippe is a GREAT communicator, sets expectations clearly, and frequently updates information he provides. For example: shortly after signing the contract, in December he sent me a schedule stating we would start on February 27 -- and complete the final walkthrough on April 21-22. Update 4-10-2025: We just competed our largest, and fourth project with Philippe and his team from NW Residential Inc. This project included a complete kitchen demo and update, and removing a wall to open up the kitchen to the living room, creating a beautiful open space to compliment the mid-century age of our home. He turned an old fireplace into a beautiful centerpiece of attention, this was a brilliant work. New flooring installed throughout and two bedrooms updated, it feels like a new house! NW Residential was great to work with getting my kitchen remodel done. Philippe was great and had good ideas to help make the space work better. Once the work schedule was made, they kept to it throughout the project.

I highly recommend Philippe and NW Residential. We recently completed a small project where NW Residential removed our chimney. This was the first phase of a larger remodel, and we intend to use NW Residential for the next phase as well. Philippe was fantastic to work with from start to finish. While this part of the project didn’t require as much planning or design as a full remodel, he was detail-oriented and thorough with what was needed.
