Philippe did a phenomenal job delivering everything you'd want from a contractor: great communication, clear and executed timelines, and quality results. We worked with Philippe executing two phases of a remodel, over the course of a year. He helped us get design support when we needed it. He was respectful of our home, kids and pets. Thank you to Philippe and his team at NW Residential for creating such a beautiful outdoor space for us! The project was no small feat requiring design, engineering and permit to build. Amazing communication throughout the entire process. The crew kept everything clean and organized during the build. I’ve had many compliments. We worked with Philippe on a partial kitchen remodel in early 2025, and our experience with Northwest Residential was fantastic from start to finish. From the very beginning, we felt confident we were in good hands. The project plan was organized and detailed, communication was excellent throughout, and the work was completed on schedule.
