We worked with Philippe on a partial kitchen remodel in early 2025, and our experience with Northwest Residential was fantastic from start to finish. I can say without a doubt that I had a fantastic renovation experience. I know, this is something you rarely hear! I had a lot of trepidation going into this project. I met with a lot of different people, trying to find the right connection with someone. As a woman, it was even more challenging. We recently had our kitchen, dining room, and living room remodeled by Philippe Agnesse at NW Residential, and the results are nothing short of exceptional. The project included new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash in the kitchen, new flooring throughout the dining and living rooms, and beautiful tile work around the fireplace and patio sliding doors. NW Residential and its owner, Philippe Agnesse, just completed a kitchen remodel for me. A few things stand out about the experience: first, Philippe is a GREAT communicator, sets expectations clearly, and frequently updates information he provides. For example: shortly after signing the contract, in December he sent me a schedule stating we would start on February 27 -- and complete the final walkthrough on April 21-22.
