Had 70 dollars worth of bills come out some of which i didn't authorize and got 120.00 in late fees. Called to ask for help and because they have previously helped me when my mom passed they can't reverse any charges. It's the holidays, I made a mistake and they don't care. Even 1 of the 4 late charges would help so much. No other banks have been this way..
