You could have fraud protection 24/7/265. How is it that there are fraudulent charges on my account on Thanksgiving but I have to wait until MONDAY to figure out what to do?!? I just learned, today, that my wife can't see our joint account's records using the website but can see some information on the mobile App. I had no idea. I am completely and totally disappointed.

I use the Stanwood Wa. branch and have been here a bit now, I love them, they are friendly, this bank is so much better than the wells fargo I was at, they don't have all the fees and penalty charges that wells fargo was soaking me for, I am very happy that I switched banks.
