am extremely disappointed with how this clinic has treated me, especially during such a vulnerable time postpartum. Since May 2025, there has been an open OHP case under investigation. I simply asked the clinic to hold my account until the matter was resolved, but instead of showing patience or compassion, I was discharged as a patient and accused of being verbally insulting. I love this clinic so much! They really take the time to listen to our concerns and needs, and they evaluate our symptoms from a functional medicine perspective. They have offered us specialty testing to get to the root of our concerns, and provided multiple treatment options. Our appointments and face-to-face time with the doctor are meaningful, and we never feel rushed (none of that quick in-and-out like many offices have)! The billing department manager is extremely rude. She told me she wants to drop me as a patient over insurance issues that only happened during my son’s first few visits. Now she is even refusing follow-up appointments for my daughter, who has been established there since she was 5 years old. I don’t understand why this is happening.
