Great help for senior citizen. Shawn was careful to provide me with his credentials and made me comfortable having him in my home. He was kind and explained many things that I did not understand and performed the clean-up my computer needed. He also provided some software to help keep my computer clean.

A local favorite of mine. The owner still provides me with great service, good deals and prices. "Shawn" is willing to go the distance if I need help with my computer. I can call him on the phone too, for help with the things I don't understand. He will take the time and talk me through problems I can do myself and not charge me. He has also logged onto my computer with my permission and cleaned it up without some kind of charge, where as for other places would have a service charge with no matter what kind of repair they do... read more

Notably good service experience Shawn fixed my network when 2 other contractors could not. The rates are more than competitive considering the excellent service. The best decision I ever made! Works magic, and doesn't drain the wallet while doing it!! Shawn was consistently on time, did what he said he was going to do (Oftentimes did MUCH More..) Always took the time to ensure everything was perfectly clear and concise, never in a rush to leave, made recommendations that made sense. Great Service NW Mobile PC Tech was very helpful both with my computer and with my budget!!! Shawn was easy to contact with no wait time for service at all. He was very nice and let me know what was wrong, what he was doing, and what to do in the future in terms that I could understand. He was honest about his knowledge of what he could or could not do and was very helpful in finding other options for me. Computer Crash I would like to thank Mr. Ratzel for his help that quickly got my home business computer back up and running. My computer had crashed and I didn’t know what I could do. I heard about Mr. Ratzel and contacted him. He provided prompt and accurate service that got my home business back up and running with minimal downtime.
