Saw PA John Boyd for an injury at express care. This review is for John alone and no one else at the clinic. He was loudly making fun of other patients in the hallway before entering the room. The minute he came into the room, he was arrogant and dismissive. On top of that, he "recommended" that I put OTC Hydrocortisone cream for a tendon injury. Yes, Hydrocortisone..either a serious lack of medical knowledge or sheer arrogance. Zero stars for John.
I had such a great experience with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists. I came in through their walk-in clinic for a wrist injury after having difficulty getting answers elsewhere, and I was genuinely blown away by how efficient and organized they were. Within about 20 minutes of arriving, they had already obtained my previous X-rays from another healthcare system and had them available for the provider to review.
