I had a terrible experience here. The front desk staff are lazy and will not do their jobs unless you make them. I had to call 4 times to force them to do their jobs. I do not recommend Ryan Lysne. He did not resolve my issues. I am taking my business elsewhere as I leave with my issues unresolved. There are issues leadership is not addressing.

Called the staff while driving to the facility and advised that we could walk-in. Arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Once in the lobby, we were greeted by a very rude man that was running the physical therapy check in. Waited for the express check-in to open up and we're advised that someone else in the waiting room was ahead of us. She too called in prior to coming and was told to walk in. The express clinic at NWOS is a terrific option when you need to be seen right away and don't want to spend hours in urgent care or the ER. I was in and out in less than an hour. Jonathan listened to me concerning the severe pain I'd been having and treated me. It's been less than a week and I'm 90% better! Thank you! I wish I'd thought of this option a week sooner!
