These people will let you freeze to death if you can't pay the un Godly amount for a minimum delivery. Won't work with you AT ALL. Can't pay half now half later, no emergency fill up. 0 out of 10. It's either have 500$ on hand or freeze with these guys.
Company is a rip off! Taking advantage of how THEY interpret a contract and how customers interpret it! Horrible Customer Service. We pre-bought gas at 1.65. My husband called to inquire about current gas prices. It was 1.40 per gallon. He asked if we had to use our pre-bought and was told no. Gas delivered today and we were charged 1.65 per gallon. Absorbent delivery fees; they give out your personal information (violation of ohio privacy policy) ; they have safety violations that they don’t fix in a timely manner becuz they don’t care about the customers (and my kids!) and our safety … just a bad company
