I was very pleased with the service, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by everyone as they were assisting customers and then I was assisted with looking for a part that they no longer carried and I couldn't find it anywhere in the area and 2 gentlemen by the names of Jason & Mike researched there system and gave me feed back on resources. They were very polite and helpful. I definitely will be going back there. Thanks for the great service

Talked to Greg from the parts dept. Totally had the opportunity to sell me a new ignition and profit off of me, but instead gave me advice on how to fix it over the phone. Very Helpful and friendly staff. Learned something new. WD 40 in the ignition slot. Thank you NW Motor Scooters
