Mole Pros demonstrated the best commitment I have ever seen to a customer. They came out over the course of almost 10 months to deal with the two moles that were extremely difficult to eradicate in my yard. The fact that they honored their guarantee and came back time and time again to reset traps despite it being a cost to them was extremely amazing. I cannot express enough how much they really care about their customers and that they do everything to ensure your mole problem is eliminated! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10 STARS!

One of the most professional businesses I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Their approach to eradicating moles in my yard was methodical, and caught every mole. They don't charge until they've caught all moles in your yard and no activity is seen for weeks. For my home, that took close to 6 weeks, and I was only charged after confirming that I saw no new activity. Will not hesitate to hire these folks again. Wholly recommend.

NW Mole Pros did a great job for me, they caught 10 moles over a 2 month period. It was such a relief to not see mounds in my yard. They do everything they advertise on their website. The guys who come by every week are courteous, helpful and respectful of your property.

Initial service was good, but business focused on monthly subscription payments. $162 a month to keep moles away was excessive for me.

I highly recommend Northwest mole pros. Jack and his team were very responsive. They thoroughly explained the process and listen to my concerns. Within a couple days they were out to my property and eliminated my mole problem. I hardly could tell they were there, my beautiful perennial beds we're left in pristine condition.
