I have purchased multiple lightly used pieces from NW Modular for a new workspace. Thanks to NW Modular, I acquired some amazing quality pieces from high-end brands, which has allowed me to source durable, modern pieces with good ergonomics at extremely reasonable prices. Deb and her team were great to work with. From palnning to procurment and install top notch across the board.
Would give NW Modular six stars if I could. They had the exact call booth that we were looking for, disassembled it, shipped it, reassembled it in our office, all without any issues and on a very prompt timeline. We effectively got a 50% savings vs. buying this product new, where there also would have been a 4 week wait. Can't say enough good things about Deb, Jason, and everyone else we spoke with. Make sure to call them for any office needs during your next relocation, build out, etc.
I actually purchased some office furniture from NW Modular around 5 years ago, when it was under different management. I was really happy with my purchase then--got exactly what I needed for my home office during COVID at an excellent price--but I also wanted to share my recent experience with the company.
