Deb and her team were great to work with. From palnning to procurment and install top notch across the board.
Would give NW Modular six stars if I could. They had the exact call booth that we were looking for, disassembled it, shipped it, reassembled it in our office, all without any issues and on a very prompt timeline. We effectively got a 50% savings vs. buying this product new, where there also would have been a 4 week wait. Can't say enough good things about Deb, Jason, and everyone else we spoke with. Make sure to call them for any office needs during your next relocation, build out, etc.
I actually purchased some office furniture from NW Modular around 5 years ago, when it was under different management. I was really happy with my purchase then--got exactly what I needed for my home office during COVID at an excellent price--but I also wanted to share my recent experience with the company. I contacted them because we recently moved and the standing desk I purchased from them was damaged by the movers, and I needed a copy of my long-lost receipt in order to get reimbursed for the damage.
