Highly unprofessional, I’d highly recommend going through someone else! I’d like to add This is how the OWNER of the management company acts when you’ve paid rent on time every month even early. Never Violated my lease (My lease is ending Oct 31st and I’ve been here a year with no eviction notices) it’s been nothing but harassment since I’ve stated I was moving save yourself the headache Find another property management company to work with.
I'm confused by the poor reviews! I neighbor one of the properties they manage. In addition to never having any issues over the years in this regard; I reached out on behalf of a family member looking for an affordable place to rent. Jessica answered my call. Met up with Randy during a showing. Was completely honest about everything with him so we wouldn’t waste our time or his time. 2 weeks later and he still hasn’t approved us and said he is still showing the property to other people and well we took that as we are denied. He will lie to you just to collect the application fees. Don’t not go with this company if you’re looking for somewhere stable and reliable to live. Be cautious because it will be a waste of money.
