Met up with Randy during a showing. Was completely honest about everything with him so we wouldn’t waste our time or his time. 2 weeks later and he still hasn’t approved us and said he is still showing the property to other people and well we took that as we are denied. He will lie to you just to collect the application fees. Don’t not go with this company if you’re looking for somewhere stable and reliable to live. Be cautious because it will be a waste of money.
