Hello! I wanted to let my neighbors know about a pretty awful experience I had with a cleaning service, NW Maids, last week. I booked a "deep clean" for $300. They sent two men to my home. Among other things, they had forgotten a mop and a broom. The result of this deep clean was laughable as they simply did not clean many of my basic surfaces.
