This company was NOT committed to customer satisfaction. Nor attentive and responsive to customer concerns. They wouldn't meet me halfway of replacing the Hardie board. I had hoped for more support and a fairer effort to help offset the cost. I would give this company a negative zero. NW HVAC truly DID NOT meet customer satisfaction. As well as NOT giving us the best possible customer experience.
