Today, my mom had her first visit here, and we chose this location specifically because they offer Spanish-speaking providers. My mom had a fall on 8/9/24, and the ER advised us to see a neurologist within two weeks for follow-up. However, when I called to schedule, the first available appointment was in December—four months out. Rude staff make appointment I was trying to schedule appointment for new patient I gave email I never rescived nothing .I call back I had rude staffs who answer phone .I’m patient for years in this hospital to other drs .I didn’t have be tretreat rudely set appoint ment and never rescived paperwork in email .
