Joe was great, he advised us on what we needed to do before we listed, and our house sold quickly and closed on time. He answered all of our questions patiently and referred contractors to us when we didn’t know any.
We worked with Joe and he was/is one of the best realtor. He is sooo patient and very informative. Great communication skills and very flexible. My wife and I work different days/hours and Joe was very accommodating. From start to finish Joe was right by our side. Even with all the hiccups he was understandable. Would recommend him over and over again for buying/selling.

We have worked with Joe twice now. Once to buy our home back in 2013 and to sell that same home in 2025. Joe was always patient with every question we had and took the time to explain it to us in terms we could understand. His team (shout out to Charlie) was amazing, responsive, and kind. We were selling and purchasing out of state, and Joe worked with our out-of-state realtor to assist in lining up closing dates and ensuring we had a smooth transition.
