Horrible customer service. Owner runs a Uhaul operation and managed to screw up our reservation so bad, we couldn't get a truck for the rest of the day despite reserving days in advance. Was utterly unapologetic and tried to blame us for not taking the initiative to walk up to a scruffy looking dude unloading a semi-truck on the other side of the parking area.
