If I could give no stars, I would..Dr doesn't listen to his patients and made me very ill. I went in to get a refill on a benzodiazepine I had been taking and he ran a drug screen on me where I popped clean and he questioned me why I didn’t have it in my system and i replied back that I didn’t know I took 4 mgs of klonopin the night before. I said you are the only doctor that has a problem with this and an er doctor told me that that is normal, a psychiatrist told me that that was normal. Dr. Kempson has been my primary family doctor for years . Always listens , and takes good care of me . His nurses always do a great job on getting back to my messages or questions I may have . Front staff is okay I’ve never had any issues with them .
These plp are horrible about refilling prescriptions I can't help that plp abuse the system I work 7 days a week and done have time to play they're waiting games. So disgusted and when I call they're like well take care of it till finally I drive over and Dr kempson wasn't even in office and nobody they're to help
