So I contacted Northwest diesel LLC to see about getting a diesel swap done on my Nissan Xterra, they were not able to get me in to do this but they have been helping me try to find a shop that can and will Perform the work for me. They have gone above and beyond what most people would do for someone whom isn’t even paying them. Thank you NW Diesel for your commitment to good customer service.

Their mechanic messed up my thermostat installation causing it to fail again after 900 miles. This work was done on a 2009 Ford F350 6.4l diesel. They tried to convince me it was due to cavitation in the cooling system and that I should replace the front engine cover. After getting it replaced again in Idaho I continued home with no problems. Great shop. Great customer service. Ethan and Nelson are very knowledgeable. As a fellow shop owner, (Subaru repair - NWSS) they’re everything you expect from a repair facility. They diagnosed and fixed my tow rig in a timely manner, when I didn’t have the time or desire to do it myself. Reasonably priced too. They’ll get all my diesel referrals from here on out.
This shop is awsome! The owner, Ethan is very knowledgeable and easy going. I purchased a S&BMB cold air intake for my 06 6.0L Ford f450 and now it runs like a champ. Thanks NORTHWEST DIESEL!
What a waste of time !!! dealt with Ethan ... asked for a quote took all the information and said give him a week and he would have a price called back numerous times after the first week and spoke with Ethan promising me he would call me back this time still no call back ... wasted my time !!!
