The staff at NW Dental demonstrate excellent patient-centered care; in addition, they heavily stress care over cure. The overall environment is comfortable, caring, and clean. Dr. Lam is thorough and reassuring when working with his patients. He always communicates the steps required for treatment, and he informs any risks that may be associated with a diagnosed procedure.
This is an awesome dental service! I like people who are personable and the dentist Andy is definitely friendly, sociable, and ensures your comfort at his clinic. Not only that, but they operate with excellence and will answer any questions you might have. I would recommend this place especially to those with families / children! Andy’s children are adorable too!
