My experience was a nightmare at this place after being rode like Zorro to give him $10,000 he then does absolutely nothing for it he wrote a complaint and told me a bunch of stories for 2 years didn't get the complaint written for a year and a half then had no idea who to send it to he does not know what a registered agent is I had to get the addresses for him then he misses a motion to compel arbitration hearing our first hearing completely missed it didn't care about it didn't follow up on it I did finding out that 5 mont... read more

My spirits were lifted after a very short phone call with Eric Helmy. It is very clear that Eric is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. I felt as if there was no justice in this world because a common thief and fraudster was able to abuse the justice system to compete unfairly. Eric has given me hope that justice can still prevail.

Eric was not able to represent my husband and I due to many variables but he did provide us with alternative options! He responded to my request for assistance within 10 minutes and took the time to hear our whole story leading up to the unfortunate circumstance and then proceeded to offer alternative options for recourse.
