Once the permit was approved, this company dropped all contact for a month, and then spent the next 1.5 months delaying and ducking pointed questions about their schedule. Finally, they insisted on more money beyond our agreed contract, having spent 70% of our agreed estimate on design, structural report, and permitting alone.
