Do not plan on getting back much of your deposit. Don’t bother cleaning when you leave, you will be charged $500 if you deep cleaned anyway. I suggest fixing walls and doing any touch ups yourself and cross your fingers. I was charged $600 for removing adhesive hooks and touch up paint. Got locked out of my apartment and they didnt bother to pick up the phone at all. It's been over an hour at this point and they still haven't gotten back to me. Update: its been 2 days now and NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME! If I didn't have a spare on my friends Keychain I literally would have had no way to get back in to my apartment. I've never had such an unresponsive property manager in my life.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 months into our lease we are being told the property is being sold, fine of we go searching again. Moved out, BTW WHEN YOU RENT OUT TO PEOPLE MAYBE SHOW UP AT THE PROPERTY TO MEET THEM, EXPLAIN THE HOUSE, I HAVE YET TO MEET ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY.
