Working closely with management helps keep maintenance of property in good shape. However, horrible tenants are a challenge. We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this property management company. After touring a home we genuinely liked, we were instructed to submit applications for every adult in our household. That meant paying $40 per person, totaling $200 in non-refundable application fees. We had no issue with the background and credit checks, as those are standard.
