The owner and the staffs are very friendly.i love coming here for my store supplies.
Can’t say enough good things about this place—the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, and they have all the fun and new things there especially for nail art which I really appreciate. I also love that they can service/repair my more expensive equipment upgrades (like my Apres nova lamp and my mani pro drill) which is exactly why I will always make my bigger, more important purchases here! That peace of mind is everything. Nail tech heroes!!
Ordered Online- so happy to have a local nail supplier have a website I can purchase & support from! They had great customer service and support via their email (listed on facebook) Got my order next day after shipment (I’m in Seattle). My items were sent in a simple bubble mailer so the box around my rubber base got a lil damaged but I throw that out anyways so don’t mind- everything came safely
It’s taken me some time to come to this but I will not be returning. The overall feeling I get from the owner is uncomfortable, non-welcoming, and like she doesn’t care if I spend my money there. The two gentlemen are very kind always say hello. The last time I shopped there, I stood at the counter, no hello, no acknowledgment, no nothing. I shood there for what seemed like 10 mins before she helped me. No conversation just awkward silence. I’ve spent thousands here. I will spend my money where I am welcomed
