Phenomenal. Don’t take your BMW anywhere else. I almost didn’t leave a review, just to attempt to gate keep how great this place is, and hopefully have a slightly shorter wait the next time I need to bring my car in for service. However, people need to know that Marlon is an absolute champion of men. The pinnacle of expert mechanics. If you’re disappointed when bringing your car here, you are the problem.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for about seven years now. Marlon, the owner, has always been incredibly transparent and responsive. I’ve entrusted all my maintenance needs to them, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service.
I previously spent over $5,800 with this shop for an engine replacement, so I returned because I expected knowledgeable service and trusted them with my BMW. Most recently, I brought the vehicle in for a paid diagnostic due to oil-related concerns and was charged approximately $230. I was told no oil leaks were found, yet the vehicle continued leaking oil after I picked it up. This immediately made me question the accuracy and thoroughness of the diagnosis.
