Marlon at NW Autoworks has done a fantastic job taking care of my 2020 BMW M2 Competition Sport (CS). Most recently, he replaced the PCV system and got the car running great again. He’s also helped me stay ahead of maintenance and keep the M2 in excellent shape as my daily commuter. Marlon is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, takes the time to explain what the car needs (and what it doesn’t), and his prices are very reasonable. I really appreciate having a mechanic I can trust to help me maintain the car for the long haul.... read more
Marlon & Spencer are top tier when it comes to cars. I wouldn't trust anyone else besides these guys working on my GT-R.
Thank you, thank you! What a blessing to find this place. Reasonably priced, got the work done quickly, friendly, and knows their BMWs. I’d trust my car here any time.
Phenomenal. Don’t take your BMW anywhere else. I almost didn’t leave a review, just to attempt to gate keep how great this place is, and hopefully have a slightly shorter wait the next time I need to bring my car in for service. However, people need to know that Marlon is an absolute champion of men. The pinnacle of expert mechanics. If you’re disappointed when bringing your car here, you are the problem.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for about seven years now. Marlon, the owner, has always been incredibly transparent and responsive. I’ve entrusted all my maintenance needs to them, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service.
