Horrible customer service. We were looking at a 2005 Hyundai they had, they said it looks even better in person and they know we will make an offer as soon as we see it. Upon looking at the vehicle all things that were wrong that weren’t mentioned before hand were that it needed brakes, there was a horrible patch on the tire, windsheild was cracked and and it was not as described. Strung us along for almost a week. Told us our loan was approved in person only to get a call an hour later saying that the bank wanted him to lower the price of the car for my approval. In the same paragraph he says he had no idea the company did that yet this is the second time he has used them... pretty sure then you would know right?
