Every one was very nice
I had some trouble with my remote start that was installed a few years ago at this location. I called and made an appointment and they had me fixed up in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service and Derrick was great!! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a remote start for your car!!
The Platte City location has done an awesome job! This is second time they have saved my seats from being ruined!
I brought them my brand new car to have aftermarket stereo equipment installed and I’ll never do business with them again. They damaged and lost parts off my brand new car during install. Had to make numerous return trips because the stereo equipment didn’t work right. Each time they wanted to charge me more and more money to try to make it right. Have brought all 3 of my vehicles to the PC location for window tint- the most recent of the 3 also got an alarm installed. Not only did they get us in a week earlier than scheduled- they upgraded our alarm system for the price quoted on the generic brand. These guys are always fast, super polite and professional and just do a great job. They really went above and beyond this time tho. I’ll continue to take my business to them as well as highly recommend them to everyone else.

This was my first time at N.W. Audio and I was very impressed! Derrick was amazing and I would recommend my family and friends to see him for their car needs. Derrick was patient, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable! I appreciated him taking the time to explain the different options I had, in understandable detail!
