We worked with Jessica Apsley of the NVS team, and it was simply awful. Jessica is the most unprofessional and dishonest real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. I believe that her emotional immaturity led to a failed contract, either that or she had shady motives. She exposed herself for not knowing the contract various times in the process, and she argued about simple info required by the VA that she didn’t want to comply with. I'd recommend Jessica with NVS Real Estate to anyone! I used Jessica to sell my home in Payson and she's currently helping us purchase a new home. She's knowledgeable, quick to respond, makes sure all deadlines are being met, and she has really helped me make all the hard decisions when it comes to getting what I want in a new home. I've appreciated that part a lot. If you want it done right give Jessica a call. You will not be disappointed.
We worked with Jessica Apsley. She is a born-negotiator. She will confidently go to bat for you time and time again and she emerges victorious nine times out of ten. She is easy to get a hold of and constantly cognizant of deadlines. We have had a wonderful experience with Justin and Brent. They have both been so patient with us and helped us find the perfect home for our family! We couldn’t have done it without them!
