Contacted us 12 hours before closing time to tell us they have to push it back another week since they hadn’t heard from the appraiser, who I assume is hired by them. Highly unresponsive to our emails and gave us no warning about any challenges. We had movers and everything scheduled for that day. Told us their manager would call us back but never did. Unacceptable behavior. Go anywhere else for a loan!
We did the settlement few months ago and overall it was a smooth process. Madsion was both friendly and helpful thoroughout the process. Appreciate it!
NV Homes needs to do better. This was not a smooth process and the folks here are not very responsive.
