Don’t believe anything your NVR rep says that is not in writing. They rely on incentives from the construction side (Ryan) to feed buyers into the abattoir of the finance side (NVR). They will tell you what you need to hear to get you in, but once you are within the window to lock your loan expect things to change. They bank on buyers being unwilling to give up the closing assistance and other perks offered by Ryan to swallow a less than competitive offer and accept the unethical way they are treated.
I dont think my family is going to stay with ryan homes the loan prices for building the home is too much n being told different prices so money back n not getting ryan homes
