Ryan Homes has for the most part stood by their build of my new home and working through their post settlement manager we have been able to work through a majority of the issues. While some were quite frustrating like a wall that was curved inward due to a bad stud, most of the issues were quite small. However, the carpet that was installed remains the exception.
