If there were negative stars i would have them at a -5. So far it’s been 410 days since we closed on our home in rolling meadows Camillus, NY From the daywe closed. we did our final walk Through and i pointed out multiple! Multiple things, one of which was our front porch that looked like an elementary school Child framed it. Still to this day 1/22/2020 has not been addressed! Happy with Ryan Homes as a Builder! This is our 3rd Ryan home to be built. We are a retired military family and have searched over the years and sat down with everyone from Sales to the Building Contractor and have only found our concerns fell on deaf ears. ONLY with Ryan Homes have we had Excellent Service from Sales to getting to know the whole Ryan Team! We bought an NV Home in Northern VA/Willowsford in 2019. We purchased one of NV's largest models. NV has beautiful homes but the building quality and supplier relationships they partner with are awful. I have had NV back at my home numerous times for repairs on my new home. The Customer Service line lacks customer service and is a glorified answering machine. The ultimate warranty contact at NV is responsive, but outside of that response, the wheels come off. I purchased a Ryan Homes house in January this year. Ryan Homes will only pay for the cheapest labor, cheapest parts, cheapest companies to address warranty issues, and even when you show them proof that they installed something defective or incorrectly in your home, they won't replace it. I have a Noritz tankless water heater in my home, and this model has a manufacturer's defect. I closed on my home in Dublin, Ohio, which went well. But, I will never close again without the home being complete. NOW it is a big headache to have things completed. DISAPPOINTED ON WORKMEN-SHIP. I recommend that any home purchaser have everything completed before closing with Ryan homes. Ricardo R****** MD

Ryan Homes has decent homes, but you had better inspect the work. My advice don't do any surveys for the PM, and Warranty services until everything has been completed fully from grading the yard, cement for the driveway, and to any other outstanding issues inside the home. They shutdown after you complete the surveys. Lastly, I would suggest that you set a date as to when you would like to move into your home. They rush to get your home completed and then there tons of shortcuts. AGAIN INSPECT YOUR HOME THOROUGHLY....

My husband and I settled on our Ryan townhome in January 2013. After 2 years of living in our home up until now, we have noticed the following: 2 cracked windows. One in our Master bedroom and the other in the area that is considered the morning room severe crack in door frame area of one of the bedrooms part of the window frame from the outside of our master bedroom window has come apart from the home part of the garage frame tearing apart from the foundation of the home.
