I am currently in the process of building a home and looking at NVR Mortgage (who partners with Ryan Homes) for the loan. Throughout the process, closing costs seem to just keep being added and added. We’re supposed to be getting an over $15,000 sellers credit for using NVR mortgage through Ryan homes, however, it doesn’t even cover closing costs anymore!
