if you’re in the chicagoland region, do NOT go through NVR for your mortgage. one star was given because i couldn’t give zero stars. Lender has been trash since day 1. The closer refused to call me when they didn’t have stuff they needed. She continuously ask me for things I had already sent. She ask for wet signatures on stuff for days before then telling me I could just e sign. Had to beg for updated loan statements. I’ve had to send in the same documents multiple times. Christopher bales and Imira tolentino have been complete trash. Trash closer and processors

Very disappointed. My husband and I are both veterans. NVR promise to refund us a certain amount of money after closing, as a veteran incentive. Of course they did not follow through with that and are acting like they never told us and don’t know what we’re talking about. Buyer beware! Especially Veterans.
Literally the worst of the worst. If there were negative stars they would get them all. I am so beyond disappointed. As a first time home buyer this was supposed to be a fun process for me and it has been dreadful. They are so incredibly unorganized. My loan was passed off to 5+ agents.
