Had to update. It looks like the only decent employee that NVP had Brian has now been laid off. It is now 8 months over our 1 year, and still have many things that need to be fixed. No one answers the phone or responds to messages or emails. I hear rumors that they are closing, so they feel they do not have to honor their contracts.

They have to be the most unprofessional builders I've ever dealt with. They have no regard for quality of service they're suppose to provide. I would warn anybody that is seeking to do business with them, not to. Non of there sites have happy ending for homeowners.

I've worked with Brian thru most of the process and he has been very diligent in addressing our concerns with the home. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with the home, and I greatly appreciate that. The home is beautiful, and I couldn't thank NVP enough for the customer service.

Had some issues in the beginning but after meeting Mr. Brian Dye, we have been very satisfied with the quality of work and excellent customer service he brings. He is such a hard worker and is very passionate about his job. He represents the NVP company well. We are close to our year end and are very fortunate Brain is helping us settle in our home sweet home.
