There are not enough words to describe the gratitude my entire family have for this organization. My father passed at the Pat Roche Hospice home surrounded by the best nurses and staff anyone could ask for. The level of care, professionalism and knowledge of what the family was going through and the needs of my father were nothing short of a miracle. You are all angels on earth and we could not thank you more. I highly recommend this company and visiting the Pat Roche Hospice Home.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care my dad received during his time at the Pat Roche House. The entire staff treated him with kindness, compassion and dignity, while also being incredibly supportive of our family. Knowing he was comfortable and being cared for by such thoughtful people brought us tremendous peace during a very difficult time. My family has had numerous issues with Croix Health. Aides that do not show up or simply do not perform any tasks while on their shifts. When these issues are reported they are not resolved. We have one nurse we love and it has been the SOLE reason we have stayed. If you value your loved one I would absolutely consider a different agency. And, always have a camera in the room with your family member at all times during all visits.

They were inform on a Thursday that my mother in law was in need of hospice by the head visiting nurses. They didn’t show up until Sunday. Gave her one dose of morphine and it killed her. Now they constantly send letters about bereavement when they never had a relationship to begin with. I don’t recommend croi. You’re better off without them. They are a money grab company.
