This group is horrible!! They have NO clue how to handle the needs of a patient let alone the patients family. I’ve been in healthcare for 40yrs and I am disgusted with how they do things. Not to mention if you call them out on their errors, they get very defensive and they try to pass the buck onto others. I would never recommend this group to take care of a patient and I wouldn’t even recommend them to take care of an animal. They should all be FIRED and the place needs to be investigated.

I had a terrible experience over the phone today while trying to schedule home care services. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and demeaning. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism—especially in a field where compassion and patience should be the standard. It is very concerning to think that someone with such an attitude is representing a nursing home, where people deserve empathy and respectful communication. Based on this interaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would...I spoke to a scheduler today who was SO rude that I couldn't be bothered to continue doing business with this company. Its very concerning that they let people like this work in a nursing home. Disgusting!
