They were inform on a Thursday that my mother in law was in need of hospice by the head visiting nurses. They didn’t show up until Sunday. Gave her one dose of morphine and it killed her. Now they constantly send letters about bereavement when they never had a relationship to begin with. I don’t recommend croi. You’re better off without them. They are a money grab company.
They were fabulous. Assisted my family with my dad as he went through the end of life. The care my dad received was outstanding. I will be forever thankful.

This group is horrible!! They have NO clue how to handle the needs of a patient let alone the patients family. I’ve been in healthcare for 40yrs and I am disgusted with how they do things. Not to mention if you call them out on their errors, they get very defensive and they try to pass the buck onto others. I would never recommend this group to take care of a patient and I wouldn’t even recommend them to take care of an animal. They should all be FIRED and the place needs to be investigated.
