Dr. Hines did my cataract operation in both eyes and fitted me with LAL lenses and I’m very happy with the result. Dr Hartzell has been my ophthalmologist at NVISION , she handled my postoperative care and did the LAL adjustment of lenses, she was extremely patient with me throughout the procedures, explaining to me each and every step throughout the way, and guiding me through the adjustment of lenses, which took place over a few months , she never rushed me and made sure I had enough time to try lens adjustments. My experience with NVISION Folsom was comparable to my experience at Roseville, extremely disappointing. While some early staff interactions were professional, the overall experience surrounding my LASIK procedure and follow-up care fell far below expectations. I encountered poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and dismissive responses to reasonable questions about my surgical outcome. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had for them; Dr. Yim was personable, professional and I felt confident she had my best outcome in mind at all times
I had refractive lens exchange surgery in both eyes and am very happy with my results as well as the entire process. Dr. Hines and his entire team were great from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, professional and the process was very well explained and whenever I had questions they were answered promptly.
Dr. Hartzell is fabulous. She listens intently and explains everything clearly. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always so helpful to me. I am glad to have her as my eye doctor.
