We had a virtual call today with Jack about the new homes. All I could get out of him is why do I want to move to Delaware and do you know anything about this state as I am born and raised here. WOW he seemed to discourage us instead of having a good conversation. HE WAS NEGATIVE, I have no idea how he is working here. Jack do you realize how many homes they are building in that state?
