We had a virtual call today with Jack about the new homes. All I could get out of him is why do I want to move to Delaware and do you know anything about this state as I am born and raised here. We stopped in at Tanger Woods just to check out the product, We are glad we did. They had the correct model and size we were looking for. The sales representative John was great ! No pressure just great information straight up, This was a great stop and we purchased a house. We are excited to see our finished product in December!
We closed on the house about 6 months ago. It was really very good experience working with the sales team leading by Lindsay Knoll and project manager Jackson Duffy. High professional skills together with attention to the customer needs makes this team a real asset for NVhomes. We love living at Tanager Woods community. Kingston model what we were looking for a long time and finally found at Tanager Woods community. The only drawback so far is the Landscaping company Blue Heron which is subcontracted by the builder.
