These homes are so close together, alongside the busiest road in Newtown nonetheless!! $1M+ house with no privacy, no open space, and no style whatsoever. I pity the fools who purchased homes in this neighborhood thinking they'd be buying their luxurious, forever dream home. There isn't an ounce of luxury in this development, only sheer greed.
