Very, very pleasant, informative & welcoming upon entering models. All/any questions were not bothersome & answered cordially. Courtney was especially helpful! We did end up buying here for several reasons; size of development, quality construction, choice of homes/homesites & location. So far our experience has been good! Recently discovered that the garage is not insulated during pre-drywall walk-thru. Very disappointed considering price of home & minimal cost to insulate garage.
