We recently purchased a home in the 55+ section at Two Rivers and the process was seamless. Our sales person, Matt Tinordi, was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He was also quite friendly and did not pressure us one bit. We started this journey in June of 2023, but we weren't ready to move at that point. Phill Park has been absolutely outstanding. Customer service means a lot, especially given all the complications of selecting a home and what goes into it. We initially considered buying into another area 55+ community by NVHomes but the customer service was so dismal we decided it would not be a good experience, and decided to try our luck at Two Rivers. We definitely got lucky with Phill!
