I'm a little different than Allen and Paul, previous reviewers. These people were managing 5 houses for me, some for as long as 8 years. When we started, they charged 10% up front, whenever a new tenant moved in + $22/hour for maintenance. Even though that sounded expensive, I felt this was the way to go since I'm older and retired. I was extremely impressed with the owner/manager, Glyn. Very friendly, approachable, "charming" as my attorney said recently. We have the similar as the person's complaint submitted here on 2016/08/15 but the worse case with Nvest Property Management & Realty. Nvest property owes us more than $5000. They have not been sending the rent payments fully although tenant has been paying the rent fine. Our friends who also has a properry, managed by them has the similar experience. We are so surprised that Nvest Property has been doing this to the multiple property owners. So although the 1099 from them reflects all month's rents, we only get partially ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had nothing but problems in the house we rent since we moved in. Flooding, that messed up a lot of furniture and carpets. Ants in the house that will not go away. It was dirty when we moved in from out of state, which they promised would be cleaned when we arrived. They refused to clean it. We had to pay to shampoo carpets in whole top floor of house. We can not use one of the bathrooms because it's constantly clogging, which they refuse to fix.... read more

I give this real estate management company an "F". As I toured the rental, **** ******* told me of 3 items that would be fixed. Unfortunately when I moved in, these were not repaired. 6 weeks later these were still not repaired. After multiple attempts at contacting Nvest via the online portal, phone calls and text messages, the repairs were finally completed. 4 months has passed and I recently spoke with the man who did the repairs. He still has not been paid for his work by Nvest. Bad for tenants, bad for property owners!!

I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a group of people in Management EVER. I recently paid a partial rent payment ($300) via the online Tentant Portal (as is encouraged by NVest), and when I tried to pay the remaining balance ($200) 3 days later, via the SAME method, the system declined to accept my payment. So I wrote a check and dropped it by their ofc, with a written explaination of their Online Error in not accepting payment, hence the check dropped off at the ofc; they charged me a 10% Late Fee anyway... read more

I GIVE THIS COMPANY AN 'F': When looking for an affordable place to live within my son's school district, I met an NVest Realty Manager, who showed the place to me. Before going in, he explained that he hadn't been there since the former tenants had moved out; I immediately asked 2 questions prior to going in: 1) if screens and storm windows would be put on (as the front windows were missing these), he confirmed that yes, of course they would. Mann Realtors Now Nvest to all home owners and renters beware and good luck.before I moved in and did all repair and clean up at the home i have rented for 8/9 years now with 7 to 8 years being told I was the perfect tennant. now with hard times and a year of tub leak and mold with no repair now walls and floor are in disrepair along with the water leak I finally repaired my self mold growing under the vinyl in the bathroom floor. home is now being sold as is as of Nov 2010 In Dec I considered trying to purchase but could no... read more
