Very professional been getting my hair done by her for a while now
I was a little iffy going into the appointment, as it had been the first time being retwisted by someone who wasn’t my usual stylist but, the end result was superb. Very welcoming environment, and the stylist makes it more welcoming with background song selection, offering complementary water, and asking for preferences of water temp, etc. Overall it was a great experience and i will be looking to rebooking in the future.
I messaged Jkyra about what kind of style I wanted and she was very accommodating, made sure I was relaxed and comfortable upon arriving and was very fast with her braiding service. Will definitely be a returning customer
